Packet Pickup Information
Saturday, November 6 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Terrace Room at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
All athletes must pick up their own race packets. Packet pickup by family members, friends, or other participants is not permitted. A photo ID is required.
Please do not bring your bike inside the packet pickup area. Bikes should remain secured in your vehicle.
Race Morning – Sunday, November 7 | 6:00 AM – 6:40 AM
Location: Terrace Room at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
Packet pickup will also be available on race morning for athletes unable to attend on Saturday. Please plan to arrive early to allow sufficient time for packet pickup, transition setup, and race preparation.
Important: Race morning packet pickup closes promptly at 6:40 AM.
Bike Drop-Off Requirements
Before attempting to drop off your bike on Saturday or Sunday, you must have your bike sticker properly attached to your bike and your athlete wristband securely on your wrist.
Both are required for bike drop-off, so please make sure they are in place before proceeding to the transition area.
